DELIVERY REGULATIONS
As soon as You pay for the Skin on the Website, the Skin will be delivered to Your Account. The Website provides a guarantee that You will obtain the Skin you paid for. After a Skin is purchased, the Website will reach out to gather additional information about your Steam account. Once the necessary details are provided, the Skin will be transferred to the specified Steam account within 5 days.
REFUND REGULATIONS
Skins represent virtual (digital) content. All transactions with purchase of Skins are final and not subject to cancellation.
If You did not obtain the Skin or if You received it corrupted, please contact Our support team by email: info@epicdotashop.com/
If the Skins were not purchased by You and Your payment information was utilized fraudulently, contact Us immediately. We will investigate the case and if the money is still in Our system, We will issue a refund.
